Baby Massage Instructor Course

Learn how to teach Parents to massage their babies. It's a three day course, with the initial two days training together, followed by the 3rd assessment day about 3 months later. The gap after your initial training days allows sufficient time for you to complete the coursework. This includes running your own baby massage classes, or teaching at least 2 sets of individual parents with babies on a 1:1 basis. The 1:1 is particularly helpful for visiting or teaching families in their own homes, a care situation or in hospital.

You will be provided with a comprehensive set of notes & laminated hand outs of the massage strokes & nursery rhymes. Some of these resources will then be emailed to you, to allow you to personalise them for your group/organisation.

We will discuss teaching parents online, as well as in-person parent & baby classes.

The Baby Massage Instructor’s Course is kept to a maximum of 8 in person & 7 via zoom to allow for individual attention. The cost for the 3 days is £285 in person or via Zoom.

For larger organisations (NHS, Health Promotion etc) who have access to larger spaces, we can provide training at your location for groups of 6-12 participants.

I have really loved the training days. It has been a very nurturing environment to learn in. I really appreciate all of your first-hand knowledge and discussion with the rest of the group.  I have never returned to work so buzzing after a course!

A very relaxed, enjoyable and informative course. I was a little sceptical about massage prior to the course – now I am a true enthusiastic convert”

“Thank you very much indeed!  This was the best training I have had in years and years, and your materials are excellent.  I have been practising on my girls and one family yesterday, at a listening visit, and planning more one to one.  Thanks also for your warm hospitality.
